Product completion map / cloud release active
From evidence to defensible action.
The approved product is locally implemented with zero known local wiring gaps. Local database, compose, CORS and browser proof are complete. The release master is now advancing the hosted database, exact-deployment, identity, Temporal, connector and production-candidate gates.
Programme anatomy
Every phase. One honest status language.
“Local coverage” means implementation and local evidence exist. It does not mean hosted exact-deployment, real-provider, or private-pilot proof.
Architecture baseline
Repository, product, quality and executable contracts.
Tenant + evidence model
Persistence, migrations, tenancy and RLS contracts.
Workspace + onboarding
Secure organization setup and recoverable readiness flows.
Source ingestion
Authorized, durable ingestion with provenance and recovery.
Market Memory
Queryable facts, conflicts, corrections and citations.
Buyer Belief Map
Reviewable beliefs, uncertainty and immutable decisions.
GTM Eval engine
Versioned rubrics, scoring history and human overrides.
Trust Graph
Explainable semantic nodes, edges, baselines and deltas.
Recommendations
Action queue, approvals, ownership and outcome history.
API + read-only MCP
Tenant-authorized product access and agent parity.
Incremental refresh
Idempotent refresh, retained history and explainable change.
Synthetic rehearsal
Measured local quality, rollback and stable surface evidence.
Internal pilot protocol
Consent, readiness and supervised operating protocol.
Production-shaped release
Local product complete; hosted identity and telemetry proof gated.
Runtime quality baseline
Runtime contracts, golden data and intelligence metrics.
Event journal
Artifacts, capture APIs, idempotency and projection foundations.
Agent Gateway
API, MCP, CLI and SDK access with delegated identity.
Context Compiler
Persisted context packs, ranking, policy filters and quality.
External-agent loop
End-to-end intelligence retrieval, decision and outcome cycle.
Decision Rooms
Collaborative rooms and GTM pull-request review contracts.
Missing Evidence
Proof gaps, capture requests and completion burden.
Continuous Monitor
Material change, suppression and operator delivery.
Native connectors
Reconciliation, publication and outcome capture boundaries.
Buying Groups
Stakeholder intelligence and Decision Defence Packs.
Outcome learning
Experiments, observed results and adaptive recommendations.
Hosted workspace
Agent-native inbox, registry and operating-mode contracts.
Ecosystem + SDKs
Connector templates, interoperability and developer tooling.
Enterprise autonomy
Policy control, residency, retention and governed capacity.
Release ladder
Built is not the same as proven live.
Product Quality OS keeps local, environment, hosted and owner evidence separate.
Readiness by evidence layer
Local product complete. Hosted proof is next.
The master now has a one-push release budget and an autonomous cloud execution plan. It must continue after every checkpoint.
- Fresh scan: 0 local implementation gaps.
- Honest Start/Load/Retry control states integrated.
- Migrations 0023/0024 and tenant RLS independently proved.
- Compose API and stock-browser CORS smoke are locally PASS.
- Next: hosted Postgres, identity, Temporal, connectors, exact deployment and release candidate.
Evidence ledger
What the current claim rests on.
All links point to local, checked-in evidence.
| Evidence | Verdict | What it proves | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Whole-PRD scan | Complete | Zero known local implementation gaps at the prior checkpoint. | fresh gap scan |
| Local browser suite | 150/150 | Desktop/mobile mocked and local customer journeys passed. | agent handoff |
| Requirement ledger | WARN | Implementation exists; ten functional areas still need hosted evidence. | traceability |
| Postgres migrations | PASS | 0023/0024 apply and tenant RLS isolation independently verified on disposable Postgres. | programme queue |
| Release proof | External | Hosted auth, Temporal Cloud, live connectors and pilot remain gated. | open gates |
Roadmap honesty rule: local PASS is never relabeled as hosted PASS. “Complete” on this page refers to safe local implementation coverage unless the evidence row explicitly says hosted or live.
Next gates
The shortest path from WARN to release proof.
Expand each gate for its exact boundary.
1 — Freeze and push one verified release candidate
Reconcile current workers, complete all local release gates, freeze the SHA and migration set, then push the integration branch once. Open the PR only after hosted readiness so review Actions run once.
2 — Hosted identity and exact-deployment journeys (external gate)
Real IdP re-login, mobile, restricted, reload, failure and recovery behavior must be verified against one exact hosted deployment. This boundary is now open for non-public release-candidate work.
3 — Temporal Cloud and live connectors (external gate)
Prove durable workflow recovery, connector reconciliation and provider failure behavior using approved accounts and synthetic data. Ask the owner only when interactive authentication is needed.
4 — Supervised private pilot (owner gate)
Run the approved pilot protocol with explicitly authorized data, capture measurable agreement and utility evidence, and keep pricing, legal, public release and customer commitments human-controlled.
